SEE 360 Based in Nottingham, the SEE 360 ticketing system is the Enterprise Solution from SEE Tickets, majority owned and backed by Parcom, the Venture Capital arm of ING bank.
Currently focussed primarily on sports, 360 is “designed to integrate the modern entertainment venue business, to streamline the management tools of the business and to simplify the sales process, making more products available to more potential customers through as many sales channels as possible.”
The Enterprise Solution means every client is treated as a partner and worked with individually to understand the exact business needs and to ensure SEE accurately respond to their requirements. The 360 software suite provides a fully seamless ‘basket’, multi-venue/site system with fully integrated CRM technology. Coupled to SEE’s optional retail, call centre, marketing and operational capabilities, the fully integrated platform, with a single customer (corporate and domestic) view, makes a compelling proposition. There is an interface to sell all product types across all available sales channels, building a comprehensive marketing engine to drive sales and handle customer relations.
Modules cover ticketing, marketing, CRM, memberships, hospitality, retail, catering, travel, access control. The application is written in Microsoft.net, Visual Basic and C++, with websites being developed in C#. The core system sits on the Microsoft windows platform including Windows Server, SQL Database and Windows Connector Licences (for the internet connection to the SQL Server). All databases run on Microsoft SQL Enterprise.
This is a serious challenger to the major suppliers prepared to offer “enterprise solutions” to the largest stadia and sports clubs. They have their eyes on the arts and entertainment sector too, where the “joined-up” thinking needed for enterprise solutions is in short supply at present. Definitely one to watch.
